Create custom shortcuts using favorites

The favorites box is next to applications on the home screen. You can create longer-term shortcuts visible only to you by simply dragging a file (say, from recent items) into the favorites box.
Open a favorite by double-clicking the icon.
To remove a favorite, right-click and select “Remove from favorites.”
