If all else fails, open a ticket in the regular MTG support system by clicking here or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include a screenshot of any error messages as well as a detailed description of the software you are using and what actions immediately preceded the error (i.e., "tried to change status of H1510_fnb_palopo to 'Image approved' status").
