Any time we use a new font in a layout, it must be put on the InDesign server. Otherwise, we'll run into problems when we output the final pages as PDFs and the editors won't be able to see accurate previews in Content Station.
To add a new font to the system, access the InDesign server. Put the font files on the desktop of that machine temporarily; the files must be local for the next step.
Place the fonts in Macintosh HD/Applications/Adobe InDesign CS6 Server/Fonts
.
The fonts will be available for use immediately. No service restart is necessary. Be sure to delete the files from the desktop.
