We have a custom plugin that allows us to push articles and images straight from Content Station to Drupal.

You’ll need an updated WWsettings.xml file to use this.

#Prepare your content.
#You’ll need an article in Content Station--something from the magazine is perfect--and at least one jpg.
##Note that photos that are in the dossier from print are tiff files; these won’t work unless you convert them and upload the new files to the dossier.
#Select the article and the image(s) you want to post by clicking them while holding the command key.
#Right-click and select “Send to Drupal.”
##If you do not have that as a menu option, you need an updated wwsettings.xml file. This is a quick and easy fix.
#A new tab will open. This is where you can do most of the work the article needs for publishing to the web.
#There is currently only one content type: Magazine. This is optimized for print content that’s going on our website. We have the option to add more content types if we need them.
#The magazine content type has a few layout options. The second one is intended for things like Digestif, where we have a quick bit of copy to go with multiple images. The first and third are for features. Again, we have the option to add more.
#Only certain users will end up in the published article field. This is an internal distinction that does not appear on the published page.
#Use the Author box to enter a byline.
#You can change the title for your web presentation. This will not change the title on the original article.
#Select an issue, if applicable.
#The Dominant Tag field will help you position the story on the website.
#Schedule the article for publishing, if you wish.
#Cut and paste the content into the order in which you want it to appear, in relation to the photo(s).
##Note that the cut, copy, and paste keyboard shortcuts don’t work in Content Station. We are working on a potential solution for that; in the interim, please use the menu or right-click.
#Once you submit, you will see a success screen confirming that your images uploaded successfully. The links below will take you to the published page (or a preview) or the edit page so you can immediately work on styling it.
#Clicking the links themselves will open Plate within the limited web browser within Content Station. You may find that you have a better experience if you copy the link and paste it into a real web browser, or you can go to Plate—>Content and get into the story that way.
