The new system has an automated procedure that exports photos for correction and uploads the new version while keeping the [[versions|history]] of the existing file.

The contractor correcting photos will need access to the MTG Photo Dropbox account.

# [[Upload an image|Upload images]] per usual.
# In [[Content Station]] or [[Smart Connection]], set the image [[statuses|status]] to "Send to Corrections". Within five minutes, the system will put the image files into the CheckedOut folder in that Dropbox. Content Station will mark those files as checked out and set their status to "Out for Corrections". No one will be able to edit the files until they are checked back in. (If you changed thee status in error, abort the checkout.)
